Ages 14 and above

Adult 1

In this beginner level, adults will work towards swimming 10 to 15 metre distances, treading water and performing basic swimming skills such as floats and glides. This level helps adults to become comfortable in the water and learn swimming strokes such as front and back crawl.

Adult 2

In this next level, adults will refine their swimming stroke techniques and work towards swimming 25 to 50 metre distances. Dives are introduced in this level as well as treading for longer time and completing interval training workouts.

Adult 3

In this exciting level, adults will learn lifesaving kicks, work on improving swimming strokes and learn breaststroke.
